"On New Year’s Day about 8 years I walked down into my basement and it was covered in a pool of water. To be more specific, waste water. I called Steve and he arrived to our home 15 minutes later! Turns out the leak was coming from the original main drainage pipe installed when our home was built back in 1956. The main cast iron drainage had a crack in it. Steve diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He proceeded to tear down the wall and fix the problem. He set up the mitigation company for us too. Steve provides superior service at a fair price. I and other members of my family have used Champion Plumbing and Heating for other jobs too. The fact he came over on New Year’s Day within 15 minutes of the phone call speaks volumes within itself. Just my own opinion."

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."
