"Jack Sanders has probably done at this point close to $11,000 of work. They do an excellent job. They respect the people; they respect the property. I couldn't recommend them higher. They've done both interior and exterior. We have a 3,200 square foot home so they painted the entire interior of the home. Well, actually the last job I didn't even get a price on. I shopped his worked when he did the exterior and he came in about middle ground. I never take the lowest bidders. I don't know how you guys look at it, but the cheapest price is never really the best price. He wasn't the lowest price, but he was worth every penny. The guy has been in business I think 34 years. The crew that did the interior there were six guys. The guy with the least seniority had seven years with him, the most senior had 32 years with him, so he's been with him almost since he started. In order to keep employees, you have to compensate them well obviously, and also they're only keeping people because they're good not because you have an employee. So it shows his ability to manage his business. He's well known in the industry, he does more than residential, he does commercial and industrial as well and he has an excellent rep."
