"Alicia was hired to do monthly housecleaning at the home of my 97 year old mother. On her first visit, Alicia and two others did an outstanding job, cleaning for nearly 4 hours! On subsequent visits, two ladies would arrive, and they did a good job, though (understandably) not as impressive as that first visit. The problem we had with this company is that, although we had hired this provider for monthly cleaning, she would not schedule an appointment monthly and show up unless I texted her once or twice first..then wait several days for a response. It was always up to me to get the ball rolling. Discussing this issue with Alicia helped only briefly...her last housecleaning service was the beginning of April, and she has not called or shown up since. We have had to look elsewhere for reliable housecleaning services."

"My first time ever using a mover. Five Star Moving showed up on time. They showed up with on driving the U-Haul and two others in a Van with all items need for moving. Five Star does not have trucks they use U-Haul and you pay U-Haul direct. The cost was $101. Five Star picked up the U-Haul they took care of it all. The three movers Richard, Gabe and Dennis where very professional. All furniture was package well and no damage. This turned out to be very stress free. Thanks Guys will use you again.

"Overall the job went well. He did, however, fail to show up on the originally scheduled date saying he was sick. He showed up the next day bright and early. He and his assistant worked quickly and cleanly and we are very pleased with his work. We had no clean up to do ourselves and what would have taken us days to complete, he did quickly. He has obvious expertise and made suggestions to us as the job went along. We are happy with his work and would glady hire him again. Unlike what the previous poster stated, he never asked to be paid in cash. We found him to be personable and professional."
