"He was early and ready to work when he arrived. My keypad lock had quit working. He attempted to fix it, but it would not work. He went to Lowe's and called me with his choice while I looked at it on my computer. We agreed on the lock. He brought it back, installed it, programmed it and then showed me what to do and how to do it. He had the receipt for the lock which I reimbursed him for and he billed the install separately. He was polite and did not waste time. <br />"
