This creating a bigger issue as it had washed away a lot of the dirt in and around my privacy fence making it loose and unstable. Ortiz Landscape did an owtstanding job with following up with calls. Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "It couldn't have gone better. I called on a Tuesday, had an estimate Friday, and work started Monday and was completed that day. The team was professional, prompt, and very informative. They fixed my existing French drain and repiped it to run down the side of the house and out the back. They added another drain to the area that collects a lot of water as well as laid concrete to my front porch to prevent water entry. They made sure my gutter drains were clear and hooked up to drain away from the home. It was all done quick and efficiently and when they were done, they cleaned up and explained all they did. Amazing. I will definitely be using them for other services."

"We had 3 different companies (1 general contractor and 2 concrete companies) come out to look at our property and talk to us about building a stand-a-lone garage and/or concrete work for the garage. Then Bryan Hudson from Superior Buildings discussed the job with us. He was the first person who really knew the grading issues involved due to the slope of our property, including tree removal, temporary fencing for our dogs, and a retaining wall. Bryan was aware of county codes and gave us a rough cost estimate based on photos of our property. We decided it was worth the $100 cost to have Bryan come for a site visit to discuss the job in detail. After receiving a written quote we signed a contract and work began in February. After delays due to rainy weather the grading and retaining wall were completed. We also had to adjust the building size due to county restraints for our property size. The concrete work for the garage was completed in March and the steel building was ordered thru Superior Buildings. Part of our project was to widen our driveway at the street but as we looked at the existing driveway we decided to replace the whole driveway. This driveway replacement was completed in April after the building was on order. When we had trouble getting a sod company to finish the final grading and install new sod, Bryan helped us out and completed this work for us. We are very pleased with the completed project and would highly recommend Bryan Hudson and Superior Buildings. Communication is critical for a project of this scope. Bryan was accessible and responsive even on evenings and weekends. He was very patient with us and respectful of our concerns. It is obvious that he loves his job and he simply has too much fun with his machines!"
