They didn't come for a quote, but showed up on 7/11/25 and started working . They cleaned the gutters, they also suggested moving a gutter & power washing. They were going to send me a quote. I asked about installing gutter covers and they were going to send me a quote & an invoice for gutter cleaning. They never sent me an invoice or quotes. I called many times but a recording said voicemail was full. I also texted, they didn't respond. A neighbor gave me advice about gutter covers & when he was on the roof & saw the gutters, said they weren't cleaned well. I recvd an email tonight from another company from Angi's List saying they're coming tomorrow to clean my gutters What the Heck?? "I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"
