"I hired Mike because I wanted to support a family business?he seemed very nice, until he showed up with his young son, no older than 12, and had him sealing the driveway, no mask, and fully exposed to the fumes. I told Mike politely that I did not feel comfortable with his young son doing the work, and he immediately took offense, saying that he had been sealing driveways since he was ?8 years old? and saw no harm in it?then told me he would never have started my job & would never work for me again.
