We were told someone would be out to measure and it would take about 2 months for the door to be customized and delivered. It was actually less than 1 month from the time of the order to full installation. The installer was excellent. He came out with 1 helper and the old door was removed and replaced within 1 1/2 hours. The job consisted of having to remove the left side door frame and molding from our bathroom door which they took great care in doing thus minimizing any destruction of the plaster walls. They expertly installed the new frame and rehung the door perfectly. They also repaired out front exterior door which was out of plumb and not closing properly. And also replaced our exterior basement door. They also replaced a damaged tongue and groove knotty pine board in our stairwell leading to our upstairs bedroom.
