"Exceptional work and totally professional. Everyone who Anton brought onto this job was a great craftsman, and each was polite, arrived early, worked the whole time diligently, and seemed to really specialize in whatever their job was. The level of work is exceptional, the attention to detail really impressive. I work from home, so I kind of had my eye on the guys throughout the job, and just watching them size and cut each piece of siding not only put me at ease, but also taught me a lot about carpentry. The dry wall on the interior is top-grade. I got fussy over paint colors, and Anton was gracious and accommodating with my changes of heart. Anton also has a deep knowledge of historic, reclaimed woods, as well as quite an inventory to pick from. He was so good with the cedar trim on the exterior that I had him frame a painting to hang in our main house in the same style and it looks great. Best of all, they came up with solutions to problems I didn't even know I had, such as how to properly frame the exterior light that I installed myself before they got here (see photos). Please note that the exterior work is not painted in the photos, as it is too cold to paint, so we'll wait until Spring."

"Alberto and his crew did a great job. They were easy to work with, accommodating, very punctual, professional, and friendly. The job took 5 days and required a lot of preparation before the actual painting began. They cleaned up at the end of each day so we could have access to the rooms as the painting progressed. "The price was fair for the job done which is important however the overall job was mediocre at best. My kitchen is challenging with an 18' cathedral ceiling. I anticipated the highest parts of where the wall meets the ceiling the paint lines might not be perfectly straight. Even managing my expectations... not a single paint line is straight, they are all wavy, at the baseboard, around the door, where the ceiling height is only 8' - not a straight paint line to be found in my kitchen. Jose was very nice, cleaned up when the job was done and seemed to work hard. For those reasons I would have liked to give a better rating but when I look at the details, the job is just barely adequate."

"I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to.
