"Came out and installed an exterior door and storm door a different installer could not do. The work was exceptional and the attention to detail was much appreciated. I will certainly work with them again in the future for other home projects."

"The carpenter arrived on time. He worked efficiently. The doors now close easily and look nice."

"John repaired a roof leak and rebuilt roof deck that hadn't functioned properly for years. His cost was fair and 6 fold less than 2 other quotes"

"Ethan and Ronnie came out and finished a DIY flooring job that needed some repairs we could not complete ourselves. They were very thorough and patient, as some of our work had to be redone. We ran out of transition strips for the job but Ethan made great suggestions to resolve the last area and we have since purchased the strip to finish the job. Ethan has a great can do attitude and followup! Thank you!"

"We hired Ivan to replace bent drawer slides on a large large vanity drawer. He showed up right on time twice, (we purchased the wrong size replacement slides the first time, so he had to come back a second time). The vanity drawer and original slides were problematic, so Ivan had to tweak the new set to make sure they were working properly. He stuck with it, and did a nice job! Ivan is a good communicator, and we were pleased with his work! We’ll definitely hire him again."

"Timely response, honest, polite, professional. He was able to repair a section of an asphalt shingle roof, and was able to use an extra shingle that I had several of. Could not afford to pay the cost of total roof replacement but he offered to come and repair leaks as we may find them."

"The first time, we were there for the package deal. They said we needed brake work. After the brake work, our rear brakes began squeeking terribly. They also started making a grinding sound, especially on an incline. We had just paid them hundreds of dollars to work on the brakes.
When we took it back in (3 months later) for an oil change, we had them fix the brakes. They did, but it was NOT timely. Our car sat there all day and no one called us. When we called the next day, they said "Oh yeah, it was ready yesterday. Did no one call you?".
We don't feel like their service is worth the drive to West Knoxville for us.

"He does a great job."
