"The work that was done was done well. However, I had a difficult time negotiating the terms of the deal without committing to more than what I wanted, what was pre-purchased, and maybe more than what was needed. The provider should not have invested half of the hours purchased into the job then say that the whole thing needed to be replaced; this did not sit well with me. We finally agreed on how to complete the job which added a couple more hours, one of which I paid for and the other was given complimentary since the whole thing took 7 weeks from purchase time until completion for 6 hours worth of work. Everything went well, except the painting portion. 

The drywall, removal and install and the mud portion was excellent quality and service

The window removal and install was excellent quality

The painting preps and quality standards of hiding the nails and caulking was not up to where it should have been. It took two trips to have the painter complete the project where it needed to be.

Otherwise would recommend this company they are punctual, professional and do quality work and ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job.
