The day before he came to my house I removed all yard furniture and all items touching the house and garage. Including my table and 8 chairs that had picked up winter wear of green yuck. To my amazement he cleaned everything for the price he initially quoted me for the house, garage and walkways. The patio, separate garage and all gutters are sparkling clean.
