Jared worked with us to come up with the design, and the team were all great to work with. They continuously kept us informed of what they were doing, and if something needed adjusting after it was done, they were very quick to make any requested changes. The job included removing a window, and re-sizing two others; replacing siding on the exterior and matching our existing paint; re-sizing the living room archway; replacing kitchen and bath flooring with tile; removing a bathtub, re-arranging the bathroom and adding a large shower; moving a tankless water heater from outside to inside; re-routing gas and water for the washer and dryer; installing new appliances; installing cabinets and quartz countertops. I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again for future projects."

Then another company came and tore out the flooring. I contacted Home Advisors and found K & B Solutions. Bill came out promptly gave me an estimate and even started my hot water heater that the other company forgot to relit. Bill, Kathy, and Scott come in a timely manner and completed the job in record time. They had great design recommendations and even went with me to pick out the flooring and sink. "Premium home Builders was the contractor we went with to remodel our kitchen. We contacted 5 general contractors and got bids before deciding on going with Tony from Premium Home Builders. The project included demoing the existing countertops and cabinets in the kitchen, extending the existing hardwood flooring from the living room through the dining room and into the kitchen, relocating the water and drain lines for sink, adding a LPG line for the new cooktop, relocating electrical outlets, framing and drywall of soffit to extend an existing one, then the new cabinets were installed, countertops after that and all of the appliances installed. It was a total transformation as you can see in the before and after pictures. We are very happy with how this remodel turned out and all of the little extras Tony and his crew did to make us happy. Tony’s bid was one of five we got for the project, and his bid was the lowest. We were skeptical about going with the lowest bid but we did since Tony wasn’t using box store cabinets, but rather custom built cabinets (with all of the bells and whistles that are options for box store cabinets) for the unusual shape of our kitchen. Tony and team also came up with other ideas and suggestions that we really liked that the others bids didn’t have in them. Our house is a true octagon house. The kitchen is located in one of the 8 wedge shapes of the octagon and has a rectangular atrium on the outside wall. So it is a usual shape. Thank you Tony and the team from Premium Home Builders.
