"We initially hired Home Pros to do a modest job that multiple other contractors had said was too small to bother with, even though it represented a fairly sizable investment to us. They did good work, were communicative about anything going on with the project, courteous, and receptive to small change requests. They explained everything, especially any discoveries that presented themselves along the way, like the burst pipe inside the wall, so there we always felt like we knew what was going on and there were no nasty surprises at the end.
