"Pro Roofing did a great job. Incredible attention to detail on a complex roof with dormers and high pitches. Since they lifetime warranty the install work, after the install was complete they had their own inspector review the work to ensure it was done right with no issues found. I also purchased the annual maintenance package so they will maintain the roof keeping it in good working order."

"From start to finish, Patriot Roofing performed brilliantly! Kraig Perry provided the original estimate, which proved to be fair, accurate, and was given without any kind of sales pressure or attempt to "upsell". The contract and financing options were also clear and detailed. When it came to the actual installation, Production Manager Larry Smith did an excellent job keeping us informed of minor delays, and helped coordinate de-confliction with an ongoing fence project. When the project began, Crew Chief Charlie proved to be a talented professional. He and his team worked hard, fast, and smart, and the results turned out even better than we expected. The day after the roof/insulation/vent work was completed, the gutter installation team arrived, and finished in one day. I didn't write down the names of the two-person crew who installed the custom gutters, but the two of them (a woman and a man) were also exceptionally professional and competent. Nicest looking and highest-quality gutters this home has ever had! All additions to the original contract price were clearly communicated; there were no surprises. There still are a couple of items remaining to be completed, most notably replacing the rusted furnace vent pipe, which will be handled by an HVAC specialist. One minor issue occurred when the water heater vent pipe was reinstalled; it was dislocated at the water heater, and so was venting directly into the laundry room. When my wife discovered this late on a Friday afternoon (of Labor Day weekend), I sent an email to the @customer-service address, and received a response by phone within 30 minutes. Steve Campbell promised that a repair would happen that evening. Even though no specialists were available, the Patriot Roofing Production Manager assigned to monitor final completion, Eberardo Alarcon, responded himself, evaluated the situation, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the vent pipe within a few minutes! It's this kind of customer service which distinguishes Patriot Roofing from its competition. Two very minor things for improvement: There were a bunch of roofing nails left on the driveway and dog kennel; (We did a thorough search after the roofing crew departed.) Also, we provided about 3/4 of a gallon of exterior house paint for the couple of new wooden eave vents, but the remaining paint hasn't been returned. We're going to need that to paint the replacement sheathing under the eaves, and/or do a color match. Aside from those very minor issues, we have only great things to say about Patriot Roofing; I've already recommended this company to several friends who are planning to re-roof this Fall."

"Roof4Life did a full roof replacement, replaced gutters and some rotten fascia boards. Geo came out to inspect my roof and gave me an honest assessment on what needs to be replaced. I felt the estimate was reasonable and competitive compared to other roofing companies. Randy, their Office Manager was great at keeping me updated throughout the week on actual start dates, and other decisions pertaining to the shingles and gutter selection. The roof and other work they did looked great and the whole process was professional and done in a timely manner."

"I have a complicated roof. There were 3 layers, an insulation board, and a bunch of custom metal flashings that needed to be done. I had 6 bids Ranging from $65k to $30k. An unbelievable range. Jim at RoofSmart was outstanding. The details he noticed, the options he gave, won the job. It was expensive, but I could not be happier with the result. Highly recommended!"

"Crew was always on time, did excellent work, very polite and always cleaning up after the end of each work day. Definitely recommend Mr. ROOF LLC to anyone in need of a roof repair, replacement, or new installation."

"Project: Replaced rotted wood, installed new flashing and gutters around on house and patio. All the guys were great!"

"We obtained bids from three different companies for replacing the roof on our 70's home. We requested quotes for standard shingles, extend life shingles. American Remodeling and Roofing owner, Monica was very compete and knowledgeable in inspecting the roofs and providing information on the options providing color sample and providing the quotes as requested in a timely manner. We opted for a high quality. The roofing materials we ordered and Monica was excellent at keeping us well informed."

"Keshun was friendly and straight forward! Pricing and financing were very reasonable. Our roof has not been installed yet. But so far so good!"

"The Daniel and his crew did a nice job, very professional! All work was done on schedule and as described. Each day the job site was cleaned up and supplies/tools put away. We are very happy with our new roof and highly recommend Integrity NW Roofing!"
