They encapsulated the crawl space and placed an industrial dehumidifer and made sure all downspouts were channeled away from the house to a point the water would drain away. They regraded a portion of my yard so that the water would flow away from the house and oversewed the area nicely with grass seed. They reinforced a small area of the wall from inside the crawl space with concrete."

"Jason did a great job with our backyard.  We had a huge concrete slab/driveway that took up almost half of our yard.  Jason cut out most of the concrete, used the remnants to level out the space, and made a beautiful new set of back steps, patio, and drainage in our yard.  He also made a great little fire pit.  He finished with leveling out the yard, laying sod/seed, and planting some plants.  The project was extensive and took more time than we would have liked, but most of that was due to a very rainy spring (and the need for dry ground to do the next steps in the project).  We would definitely use Jason again in the future.    He envisioned the project, created exactly what he said he would, and kept the cost to a minimum.  Now we have a very enjoyable backyard instead of a concrete parking lot.  We love it!
