"In Nov 2022, I hired JC's Residential Roofing & Remodeling to replace my entire roof, damaged by hail. In addition they did some minor wood repair and painting. They also replaced my entire gutters also covered by insurance due to hail. John the owner was there at the start of the project and Curtis was always around or near to support. Both communicated well via text and email or face to face. I was impressed that they were able to perform the Roof replacement within 3 days of us talking and in-between 2 rain storms. It took 1 1/2 days to do the entire roof. All work was done professionally and Curtis was responsive to questions I had. They also replaced some cracked window paines and pressure washed my entire house including windows. I highly recommend JC’s Residential - 5 stars!"

The preparation for the trash was installed before work started. A ground man was in place from the start.The inspection of the roof after shingle removal was completed and necessary modifications were handled immediately to keep progress uninterrupted. "Extremely responsive and professional. I had a minor leak with one of my roof vents. Called on Saturday, they did the inspection on Monday and the repair on Tuesday. Only item was when asked about guarantees, it seems their work doesn't have one (or at least that's what they told my wife). Other than that, would call them back in a heartbeat. Hasn't rained since the repair, but I took a look and believe it will hold the test of time."
