"I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for."

"Well, it's been 6 weeks since we had our new windows installed by the Guardian Windows Team. And from estimate to installation to the comfort of living with the 29 new windows, we could not be happier. Matt, Andre, and Darrell rocked the installation in 3.5 days. These guys showed up when they said they would, worked until they were at a good stopping point, cleaned up the work site each day, and were extremely considerate of the inside of the house and the outside flower beds. We have had a lot of workers in the house over the past several years with various remodeling projects, and this crew was the best! The new windows are beautiful, reduce outside noises significantly, and are highly efficient compared to our old builder-grade-ugly-19-year-old windows. "Gulf Coast took on an extremely difficult window replacement project in our 4 story stucco townhome. Many windows are 6 feet tall. They specified a high quality composite Paragon window. The windows fit great and the installers were wonderful people being very careful to install our new windows and seal them right. We had a few minor issues as expected on a job this complex and Gulf Coast worked to make the job perfect even getting the window manufacturer to visit our home. We are very satisfied! By the way, some of the most popular window manufacturers would not even quote our project. Great work by installer crews led by Nick and Jose, service from Adrian, office coordination by Ashley. Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. They should really be commended for their fantastic efforts to get the job done in one day!!
