"I selected New Again Restoration because of their high ratings on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. I called the owner, Ronald, in the morning and he was able to visit my house and provide me with a price quote within two hours. Upon my approval the work was then completed the same day. I thought that the price was quite reasonable to do a large two-story house with a wrap-around front porch as well as a badly discolored front concrete walkway that is approximately 50 feet long.  The vinyl siding had not been cleaned since the house was built ten years ago so there was considerable mildew on the north facing walls. The work was performed in a very professional manner: plant beds were undisturbed and the amount of pressure that was applied was sufficient to do the job but not so harsh as to cause any damage. The results were outstanding and one of my neighbors who visited later in the day commented that the house looked brand new again. "Arrived on time as stated; cleaned-up afterwards. Appointment for estimate was good & professional. The day of the install, everything went as we expected it to go. The installer cleaned up the area during, and after the install. The shelving units were pretty much what we discussed & paid for. Cost wise I thought the install was pricey, but it did rate in the same range as others, so for the work performed it was normal for the industry. "The work went very well as you can see by the 5star ratings above. Winter storms in my area were the cause of bringing a large tree down on the back of my house. Mr.Croson and his team worked like a well oiled machine, and in what I feel is a short amount of time, they were able to remove and replace the damaged gutter,siding and deck rails, even cleaned up and removed debris from the tree that I left behind. The repair work that was performed on my deck was done in such a manner of precision and accuracy that I had them continue to replace the entire decking beyond the damaged section. I am also a contractor, although not in the carpentry trade, and as the continued rise of material cost seems unstoppable, I find it difficult to keep my projects at or under budget.
