"I called Mike, left a message and received a call back within an hour.  We scheduled an estimate for a time when they would be in the area (I believe 2 days later).  It ended up raining, but he sent Mario to do the estimate.  He arrived early and we walked the entire property in the rain.   I told him what we were looking for and he gave some suggestions.  They came out as expected and my fence looks amazing compared to others.  The best perk is that this fence cost the same amount that the builder was quoting me to use Andy's. <br /> He also did 700+ feet fence on my neighbors house and it looks great! <br />"

"The Holderby Brothers run a good business and they seek long-term relationships with homeowners.  This is a good approach and results in a better understanding of the needs of the client.  In my case, I have had them do "handy" work like handing new lights, installing custom chair rails and wainscoting, as well as larger projects like my Stacked Stone custom wall.  They come out a walk the space, which is a process for homeowner to present vision and needs, budget, etc.  Then they provide a written quote with materials, labor and price.  Be sure to ask for separate quotes if you have them look at multiple projects in same visit.  I liked this approach because I was able to prioritize and budget for each project and then decide which ones to start and when. <br /> They are very low-pressure, and will offer flexibility to allow you to bring your own products or have them procure the materials. One example of this was in doing the concrete backer drywall for my wall.  They recommended that, and the result is a sturdier installation!  The owners are very involved, if they use full-time workers or if the special need is to bring in a sub-contractor.   <br /> They are very comfortable with current technology...you can sign things electronically, get receipts to your email, send photos of your desired look (i used a lot of pinterest photos,,,haha), and have an office staff that is available and responsive. <br /> Overall, great company. <br />"

"They came out and did an estimate. We agreed to service. It took just over 2 weeks for materials and they installed the fence. They worked around a difficult Satellite dish we had near our property line. The gate they ordered was the wrong size. We had to wait over another 2 weeks for the gate. They were not very good at informing us in advance of when they would be out unless we kept calling. Now that all the parts are here, we are happy with the fence. <br />"

"First of all, nice folks. <br /> However, it took numerous calls to get someone out to give me an estimate. It took so long between the first visit and getting the estimate (about a week), that we changed our minds about what we wanted, and it cost them about 4K. I stated that because of our dogs we needed this fence put up as soon as reasonable. It took a full month to get about 100 feet of chainlink put up on flat ground, from first visit to work being complete. I don't think it should have taken that long. <br /> I would close by saying that when they finally got here they did a fine job. Very good work. <br />"

"We had used Morris Fence and Deck to build over 400ft. worth of privacy fencing in the past and paid about $5000 for that job, and the workmanship and quality were fantastic. Fast forward a few years and we asked for a quote for a pretty simple deck to span the back of our house 56'x12' and a small pergola. We were quoted $10,000 for the job. After pricing out all the materials, I think we'll just save ourselves $8000-9000, and just do it ourselves with the help of experienced friends. Everyone we spoke to about the price we were quoted told us his price was extremely over inflated. Will not be using this company in the future. <br />"
