"They were prompt and arrived in a hour. He diagnosed and replaced the part. (Capacitor) Total cost was $370. After he left I googled the part he replaced, and they charged $231 . They are $30 at our local hardware store. You expect a little mark up, but that was a rip off. I will never recommend the again."
