My project was a big project consisting of installation of approximately 40 pier piles, pin piles and helical piles to my foundation, in order to better anchor my home to the bedrock (I live on a hill). I was EXTREMELY nervous about the project and planned for it for a year and a half. Brian consistently calmed my fears every step of the way, and each time I had a question, he took as much time as needed to give me all the answers and reassure me. When my project finally occurred last week, I was immediately comforted by the presence of the crew - Alex, Iuri and Luis. They were professional, respectful, kind, and explained everything in detail before they started on the project to alleviate any concerns I had. Please do research before you make a $30,000 to have hire a company to repair your foundation, working with them is one of my biggest lifetime regrets."

"Groundworks were contracted to encapsulate the crawl space, with a dehumidifier, intellijacks & sump pump. The inspector showed us pictures & videos of what the work would look like on completion, & explained how each solution would be installed. They tried to charge me more for vent covers until I showed them the contract covering this part. The foreman told me there was a reset button for the sump pump to be installed on an exterior wall, but they did not install it, instead said they would put in a service order. I haven’t heard anything about this issue yet. When they installed the moister barrier, they excluded the cement pads I was told it cost extra to have them covered. When I signed the contract, I was never told there would be extra charges for vent covers or cement pads to be covered. The contract I signed covered a complete encapsulation, but this is not what I got. This is a bait & switch. I would not recommend Groundworks."
