Working with Mike was very smooth- he gave us a quote shortly after checking the yard, started shortly after we said yes, and the price was as quoted. The two new gates (and associated fence lengths) look handsome and feel sturdy. When we need to replace the rest of our fence we'll be giving them a ring."

"SG&A's owner (Mike) bid the work.  We ended up selecting his firm primarily due to their experience and design capability (they were able to "show" us what the gate design would look like with a simulated "picture" prior to any work being performed).  SG&A fabricated the gate based upon the agreed design.  We also had Mike orchestrate all the rural King County permits, cable/power line markings, electrical contractors, and trench digging (for electrical conduit supply) to the electrical supply junction.  Duke and David were his primary employees and appeared to be diligent in their work. <br> <br>The completed gate was installed late April (about a 3 month process) and is working well.  They include a one year maintenance plan and will be out in six months for a service call to ensure all parts, components, and operational aspects are in strong working order. <br> <br>While SG&A was the most expensive bid, I definitely believe we got a high quality gate that will last for many years.  We strongly recommend SG&A for your security gate needs."

"We are so happy with our new custom fence! This was not a "typical" job. It is a small yard that wraps around the back and sides of the house. We needed some areas to have privacy fencing, and some to have a picket with space between the boards, 4 gates, some pieces to connect to existing fencing, and some of the fence to sit on top of a retaining wall. The fence came out beautifully and totally meets our needs. They were very responsive when we needed the estimate and fully designed proposal. They scheduled the work as quickly as possible, and in the timeline we needed. They are highly recommended."

"That was the best paving job we ever had done. It was well-set. It looks beautiful. It's phenomenal for insuring things were leveled. He was very creative around the problems that developed with our yard leveling. The workers were friendly and communicative. They were willing to work with us on the design and come up with their own ideas and recommendations and work with ours. They were punctual. They're one of the few contractors that I've seen that actually came to a dedicated time in the job and finished it. They didn't go away, come back and go away and come back.  I would highly recommend them!  It all looks great!"

"They did an excellent job on both the repair and the replacement of our garage door opener.  The repair went well (very responsive and came out the next day after I called).  The garage door opener replacement took about 2 hours and all is well so far.  I may add that they were late for both appointments so take this into consideration when you use them.  Perhaps they should add more time between jobs and call if they think they will be late.  We plan to use them again for annual maintenance. <br />"

"Our experience with Andrew Eades was excellent.  He called back soon after I left a message. He made an appointment for an estimate and was on time for that appointment.  He brought along a large photo album of his work and it was easy for me to see samples and choose my design. He came once more to do his measuring and then built and installed the railing to our specifications.  The handrail is beautiful and of course will be useful for anyone climbing the stairs.  I would highly recommend him for anyone wanting a beautiful wrought iron railing. "This is our second project with Le's Landscaping and Yard Work. It's a family owned business with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. We've had several other outdoor projects in the years we've lived here (covered deck, wood retaining walls and planting areas, fencing, cement walkways) - all with people we liked, all with mixed results. This time, the results have all been positive. Our first project with Le's was mostly extensive yard work. Mr. Le was frequently on site, but his crew was hardworking and experienced and we were pleased with the results. Our current project was a 160 ft. cedar fence with 3 gates, arbors, and enclosing an inner courtyard space. For this project, Mr. Le was always on site, either directing or more often doing the detailed construction work himself. The workmanship and materials he selected are excellent. The project also included building up a walkway that had begun subsiding into a stream area and planting a Japanese maple. Once they started the job, they didn't pull off to work on others. Mr. Le responded quickly to any question or concern we had during the process. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but his ideas and experience made the result much better than what we pictured. The workmanship on the fence and esp. the gates was wonderful. I rarely write reviews, but this has been an exemplary job that we'll enjoy for many years. It was also a lot of fun."

"The process for getting quotes was fine. The sales person was friendly and showed up for appointments on time. The timeline for getting the gates and posts built was around 8-10 weeks from the time we signed the contract and paid a deposit. They dug the holes for the footings about a month prior to installing the posts and gates, so we had holes in our driveway for a month, it would have been nice if the time between the footings and the installation had been shorter. The person that drew the designs for our gates was awesome. I sent him photos of designs for some gates and fences that I liked. He did a great job of applying the designs to our gate. The frames were built perfectly - so we could add the wood to complete the project. All in all the gates exceeded my expectations. <br />"
