"Friendly and knowledgeable, but I did feel like my job was very low on their list. I hired them to replace a leaking skylight; he came out and gave me a bid, which I accepted, for a custom size to fit the existing space. It was clear that the work would be scheduled when the unit had been received. All well and good, but when it actually arrived the issues started. Long story short, evidently the unit got misplaced or something and they had to order it again! I had to wait nearly three months for the install to finally happen. On the plus side, when I called to express concern at the weight of the water building up between the layers of the old one, they did come out and drill through the top layer to release the pressure, at no additional cost. So four stars - great customer service but lacking a level of organization. Who loses a skylight?"

I found Rickâ s estimate to be reasonable so I decided to go with him and his company. Because the price was so reasonable, I even had him add a skylight to our kitchen, which tends to be very dark. Overall, I was satisfied with the work. The shingles are good quality and he truly cares about the quality heâ s providing. I have a mid century home with beige stonework and when I was concerned with the chimney flashing, he worked with me to find a solution. I got a pretty good value for my money and Rick is an honest, dedicated professional."

"Replaced the skylight quickly, but had to come back a second time after the skylight wasnt secured great the 1st time. (Only 2 screws installed out of ten holes, when inquired they said tech had his batteries die on him). I guess I should have asked as part of the quote but the wood molding trim around the drywall just inside the skylight was a little moldy from the skylight leaking. Wasn't replaced when light was done. Flashing was left alone, appeared to be in good shape still."
