"I picked Mike (of Shingle Express) over two other smooth talking roof guys. My liked Mike's professor like attitude. The other two guys wanted to replace two sections of shingles (about 100 sq ft each). On the initial assessment, Mike said that my shingles were in good shape. From looking at the wet spot inside the roof, I did not think I have a wide spread problem. I felt that Mike was more likely to trouble shoot the problem and fix it. I went with Mike/Shingle Express. I was right in my gut feel. My leaky roof ended up taking ten trips to fix 5 problems. (Note: Every service trip had a scouting trip to assess the problem and came back to fix it later). Mike was very reasonable to work with. This is the good point. The not-so-good point is that you need to have faith that Mike will show up. He did not always show up when he said he would. But, he did show up a few days later from the original date. With regard to the five leaking spots, I cannot image how would I ended up with the other two guys that I did not choose."

"Everyone from the salesperson Ramona to office staff and the guys working on the roof were very accommodating and friendly. I had quotes from other companies that were less money. We felt that the service and warranty from Middle Creek Roofing was far superior to the other companies. They had our roof done in one day! Great Job to all involved!!!"

"I am very pleased with how my roof looks. The men did an amazing job! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends"

"Very Reliable, John came on time, very courteous and explained to me all the repair work in details. Prior to him, another contractor has asked me to change a much larger portion of the roof with a high cost estimate but John felt that the only a part of roof needed to be repaired. His pricing was reasonable. Came back with his crew and did a fantastic job. His men did not fix a small part of the wall shingle properly. John came back again and fixed it promptly. It was pleasure dealing with him."

"If you need roofing work, do not hesitate to call this company. They are very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them."

"Our roof was in major need of repair due simply to weathering and age. After receiving several outrageous repair quotes, I remembered seeing a large sign on a wall advertising Union Roofers. I figured that I had nothing to lose, so I might as well give them a call. Patrick from Union Roofers came to our home to survey the extent of the damage and to provide a free estimate of all repairs needed. He was very professional and thorough with his assessment; he explained exactly what needed to be done to restore integrity and soundness to my roof. The day after Christmas, I received a courtesy call alerting me that they were on their way . They immediately began working upon arrival. They took pictures before, during, and after the repair work. I had the opportunity to meet their boss Frank, who made it a point to be on site to meet with me, the client, to review our contract, pricing and to set my mind at ease. Frank was super kind and professional. More importantly, there were no surprises in terms of price. Everything that he said needed to done was also quoted by the other outrageously priced roofers. Union Roofers has displayed an unparalleled level of professionalism coupled quality work and all at an affordable price. If you are in need of roof work, and you are looking for company that exhibits quality, integrity, professionalism and fair pricing, I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Union Roofers. They restored my roof and I am a happy camper. E Edwards"

"They handled my roof with efficiency and was able to get my insurance claim from a repair replacement for just the cost of my deductible"

"They did a great job on the roof at a reasonable price in comparison to the other quotes I received from other big name companies. Roof was a 20 year old and need an update. Appreciate, the straight to the point sales pitch. Constant communication throughout the process. Happy with the job thus far. Will continue to monitor for any issues."

"Gene and his crew did a great job at a fair price. Replaced an asphalt roof and a small flat roof. Rebuilt the small deck and railing. Replaced all of the missing downspouts and added new gutter along the back roof. Will have them back to complete more projects."

"Bachmans treats their customers right. We had a problem with a connection on our solar system and they resolved things to our complete satisfaction. We have used Bachman’s for roofing, siding, and solar and look forward to working with them in the future."
