"I hired Alex to cut to size and reinstall the original carpet in my son's room after I installed a built-in storage bed resting on the subfloor. Alex was very receptive to my concerns about damage to the face frame on the bed from the installation tools and assured me this would not be a problem. Alex and his workman installed new tack strips, cut the carpet, stretched and reinstalled everything (including staples), and deodorized the room over a two hour period for a very reasonable price. They clearly took their time on the installation since there wasn't a scratch on the frame and the carpet reinstallation came out perfectly. They even took the time to cut the excess carpet carefully so that I now have a few extra strips in case they are needed for a future repair. These guys are real pros. I'm looking forward to having Alex's company back to steam clean our carpets and will definitely give them a call for any of the other services they provide should I have a future need."

From the quote to picking out a replacement options, through install. Chuck was very easy to work with. The installers were here for two days to do the job and were quick and friendly. "Don’t call any other contractors! Carlos can do absolutely everything! We had soft flooring in our bathroom near our toilet and after another company told us there was no problems, Carlos came out and immediately tore up the flooring and removed the toilet to reveal a leak in the sub flooring and mold behind the walls! He was able to return after letting the exposed flooring dry within the SAME WEEK! And replaced the flooring in the bathroom as well to avoid any future problems. While fixing this one problem he discovered a leak from our kitchen sink underneath our home which he fixed as well! He also fixed our main water valve as it was rusted over! The next week, Carlos came back to do the kitchen flooring for us as well while also installing support underneath our heavy sliding door to our patio! Next week he came to do our second bathroom flooring! And the next week even through the holidays he came by to install led lighting underneath our kitchen cabinets as well as change three of our outlets to GFCI! If you’ve got any home problems whatsoever Carlos is your guys! Whatever you need done he can get done for the BEST PRICES! A laser was used to insure tile grout lines would be perfectly aligned. William also removed grout from existing floor tile I had put in two years ago and installed matching grout of new wall tiles- the floor looks brand new now! All work professionally done for a beautiful installation. And W Floorings subcontractor measured and installed a new stylish glass shower door. I’m am handicapped and I was so impressed how William insured that the new shower will work and be accessible for me."
