"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"

"Our main complaint was that the office would not return most of our phone calls.  The job was started as scheduled but the tech did not follow up for two days to complete the job.  We did not have our calls returned during this time so we didn't know when to expect the tech to return.  We even left a message for the owner to call but he never called back either.  The office personnel was neither professional nor prompt.  We also never received a call after the job was completed to check about our satisfaction.  After spending $5,000 you would think we would receive better service. <br />"

"Screens are not what they say. I have so many gnats and so much windblown dirt in the window seals it's awful. The site says 10% discount for seniors. At what age do they consider to be senior? I didn't receive a discount either time and i'm 62. The second salesman was nice but pushy and very quick to put the contract in front of us. Not to happy with that.Overlooked a few details I wanted to discuss. Loved the first salesman we had which was a much more mature and helpful gentleman. Call back on checking work after it was finished didn't happen the second time. Overall I think they are way overpriced. Waiting on third install."

"John Robillard and Sam Morlett did a fantastic job remodeling my garage into a home entertainment room. They completely changed the outside on the home so that one couldn't even tell there were ever garage doors there. There are no left over garage squares. Just two new windows and shutters with new siding that looks like the builder built the wall with the home new. Inside they dry walled the inside, made fan and new power outlets. They took off the garage entry door and widen the entry to make it an entrance space just like one into any other room. Also they create larger, safer steps into the new space. Now of course we still have to wood or carpet and paint it. But my family is very happy to have this new space for the kids after downsizing. We knew we would not have it if we did not do it right when we moved in. Sam and John were always on time, flexible and super nice. I would highly re come them for any home improvement job. They just built a brand new deck for one of my very good friends last month too that he absolutely loves. They too are talking about having John and Sam do their garage and built a new garage next to it! <br />"

"Ricky Boger of Superior Home Improvement Remodel my kitchen; His work is EXCEPTIONAL he even helped me pick out color's, granite and offered sound advice. I thought his price was high at first, so I got other estimates and they were either the same or higher; Ricky came back and supplied me with an itemized list, down to the price of the canned lighting. It has been a few years and my kitchen still looks wonderful. I have hired other home improvement companies and have not been so pleased. The reason why I am writing this now (2012) is I recently remodeled my bathroom. An age old story - I hired someone that worked for a family member, the work took forever and looked OK, but underneath it was a mess! Shower leaked on all sides. I have called in Superior Home improvement to fix the job.
