"Garry Barnes came to Arlington to confer about the needed work. He is very professional and helpful, answering all questions and offering ideas. He presented a variety of options and price points for me to choose. His estimate was reasonable. He made himself available many times by phone and email. On the day of the scheduled work, he and a worker came, despite the snow and ice and my lack of power. Although they worked continuously, the two day project turned into two and a half days, and Garry returned to No. VA. himself to finish. During the work, it was discovered that some of my old circuits were destroyed from a power surge during the storm. Garry called an electrician he sometimes works with, who agreed to come by the next day (Saturday). Garry followed through with the electrician until my problem was taken care of. Garry went to Home Depot to get the additional materials I needed for my requested work. Clean up was good, as well."
