"They poured 3 patios at my new house, and I had them do some other landscaping as well, including trenching and leveling. Their work was excellent. They showed up when they said they would, and always on time. Price was very reasonable. They were very polite and knowledgeable. I would use them again for any concrete work and landscaping needs"

"What they did is the get their own contractors when they get a job and they send out contractors that obviously didn't know what they were doing and they didn't even line up the floor right. And when they put it in it all uneven, you know it was suppose to look like wood floor but it was all off center like I could have figured that out. They did our roof and they did a great job they did that years ago. But they didn't do a very good job on the floors. They sent their contractor that did a crappy job then they redid it thou and fixed it but still I ended up having transition piece between the two room which kind of took away from the whole point that it was supposed to look like all wood floor. It's hard to judge, they fixed it but they blew it too."

Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel."

"He is a very nice young man! He is accommodating and had some good ideas and suggestions. He was not expensive, his estimates were affordable but I had a few other problems arise and I couldn't' end up going with him. He did everything he could to give me what he thought I wanted, which I did, and I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have him perform the service. He brought me over a couple of different large samples. I told him about a restaurant who's floor I liked and he actually went to the restaurant and he was willing to make a sample of that floor for me as well. I do recommend that people talk to him before they decide on a concrete contractor! I have showed other people his samples and they liked them!"

During this construction, Joe found dry rot in 2 side areas next to his where his concrete would be poured- he repaired this at a minimal cost. <br /> <br /> In addition, Joe built an approximately 600 sqft beautiful redwood deck. Utilizing new fasteners technology, that hid how each fastener secured each board. And new staining technology that provided excellent results. <br /> <br /> Joe Lutz always does a wonderful job.
