Communication was inconsistent from the beginning, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get updates on my project. Timelines that were discussed were not met, and there was little proactive explanation about the delays. The quality of the finished work did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. Some details appeared rushed, and I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed professionally. Customer service goes a long way in this industry, and I did not feel valued as a client. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I expected professionalism, transparency, and quality craftsmanship, and sadly, I did not receive that. "
