We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. "Was 1.5 hours late.. When I called him up he said "I'm in Woodland", CA. I live in Orangevale,Ca. He was quite angry that I called him. Sort of a blustery person. Installed the faucet in about one hour. He needed a new hose from his truck and charged me $15.00 for iit even though I had paid for two hours. So, in reality I was charged $150.00 an hour for the installation, plus bought the faucet myself and had to suffer a cranky person for that hour. Will not use him again.

So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them.
