P&J removed three trees and many shrubs, pruning and shaping many other trees. Stump grinding was done to the removed trees. My 12 year old queen palms are too big for me to trim any longer so I contacted Ivan 3 mos ago and he came out and did a complete makeover on my palms and bushes and we set up for a quarterly trim/cut!  He spent the entire day the first time really taking his time to make all my palms look amazing.  They aren't just trees in my yard, they are part of a beautiful background for my pool/backyard oasis.  He was on time and very professional.  He gave me a quote in writing and stuck to it.  The only thing that would make me happier is if they would hire someone who can climb the palms so I don't have to use someone else eventually.  :o(

"I called as soon as the tree fell, as it was hanging over a fence and over my neighbors swimming pool. I got the voice mail recorder and left a message expressing the urgency of the situation. Within 15 minutes I received a call back. They were at my house within an hour. They cut up the tree and removed it from my property, first asking if I wanted any wood from the tree. I did not, so it was disposed of. They also cleaned the leaves from my neighbors pool. Fortunately there was no real damage to the fence. (Thank goodness it was a fairly new fence, or it would not have withstood the force of the tree falling on it.) They returned the next day to get rid of the tree stump. They were very efficient and cleaned up the site perfectly. Polite, efficient and timely, what more could you ask for from anyone! I will be having them do more work for me at the first of next year. I highly recommend this company!
