"<p>The owner e-mailed me after I purchased a coupon off of Angie's list.  We agreed upon service without about 2-3 weeks out from the date of purchase.  He contacted me by phone prior to the appointment to confirm time and location.  He also used this call to ask me about the construction of my home and chimney to get a better idea of cleaning needs.  He arrived promptly and was thorough and professional.  He of course used drop cloths and spoke to my wife about the service.  The fireplace has not looked better and we have had prior cleanings from other companies.  Most important was his advice on cleaning the glass on the doors covering the fireplace insert.  These doors were terribly soiled and the prior homeowners probably never cleaned them in all the years since the home was build.  We were almost ready to get rid of the cover all together, but after he cleaned it and recommended future care, it looked new again.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>Happy with the service, care and professionalism.
