"Matt is very good about arranging his schedule to work with each customer which can not be easy when he has several and the weather can be a factor for work outside. <br /> After the estimate Matt scheduled a day to come out with those sample paint squares so that we could pick out what we wanted. He is very helpful about giving tips as to how a color will look on a house. Sometimes a color looks good as paint square sample but may have a different look when it is on the house. We were going for a type of beige that would be close to the color of our shed. We picked something called Intellectual grey as I recall (paint names are weird). This looks good not too yellow as some beige type paint colors can be. <br /> Before painting Matt did a power wash and that alone made things look better. But after that he started painting and it was awesome. <br /> We had people stopping by after he finished to say how good the house looks. <br />"

"This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."
