"Had good service in the past but this last visit wasn't so hot. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned all windows and screens on Friday 7/10. They left three screens on the front of our house lying on the roof and I found a couple of their dirty rags in the yard. They performed the service at the end of the week so the screens were lying up there all weekend. My wife called them on Tuesday 7/14 to have them come back out to put the screens back on. My wife was told they would check to see what guys were closest to our house and then she would send them over in the afternoon to put the screens back on, but they were a no show. I called them Wed 7/15 and they told me that my wife had it wrong and that they told her they would be out on Thursday 7/16. Even if that was the case how is that acceptable? If we have a storm our screens could get damaged or fly off and hit someone. looks like we will be waiting almost a week from the time of their mistake to get this resolved. <br />"

"Fantastic job! A shake cedar roof is a significant investment and the last few years I've had growing concerns about what to do with ours but my worries are now gone. Bruce was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and was quickly able to come out and inspect my roof and provide a quote. I was completely at ease with Bruce and felt I was not getting a sales pitch as much as an education on proper maintenance and care of a shake roof. His pricing was extremely reasonable and the quality of his work speaks for itself - It looks like a brand new roof! His service process is very unobtrusive - the care taken during preparation ensured no impact to any of our landscaping and his clean up left the area around the home looking better than when he arrived. I would wholeheartedly endorse Bruce and will be calling him in 6-8 years when my roof needs it's next round of cleaning. Great work, superior value. <br />"

"Would not recommend this company. They came out and gave a quote that was very favorable and promised a timeline of 2-3 days completion. Our painter showed up late everyday (they have a window to arrive between 830-930 and he was there around 10) and seemed like he was done at 330-4 everyday. The job ended up taking a week to complete. There were some scuffs/drywall repair on the walls that were failed to be discussed during the estimate, so that ended up costing us extra in the long run."
