"We hired Deck it Out to renovate our guest suite above our garage. We had a modest budget and didn t want to break the bank for a space that is rarely used. I interviewed several contractors before hiring Brad. None of the others seemed to understand modest budget. In fact every single one of them overshot our budget by several thousand dollars whereas Brad actually listened to us and our needs and wound up coming in under our budget.
