"My garage door would not properly open and close, so I checked the list for a reliable service company with a tune up deal.  Chris came out Thursday and checked the door, identifying that it was cracked, causing it to sag in the middle, and the track was warped.  Unfortunately, the bottom two panels were cracked, so a tune up or repair were not possible.  Chris called Andrew who was able to get me a quote on the spot for next day installation.  Tony and Henry came out Friday afternoon and completed the install, ensuring the everything worked properly. They worked quickly and efficiently and let the work site clean of debris and hauled away the old parts.  The price on the door and install was somewhat higher than others I found on-line but the quick turn-around and friendly service even that out.

"SUNSHINE WAS PERFECTION AT ITS BEST! Sunshine was 1 of 4 companies we considered for our house siding/gutter remodel project in the area. They were recommended directly from the James Hardie website given our location in Northern Virginia and their performance as a Hardie certified installer. The smallest of details were all perfectly covered, from replacing and filling in wood gaps/wall repair on the 50-year old home, removing hidden windows from previous botched siding attempts of past owners, reinforcing needed areas, custom cutting aluminum drip edges to match every curvature of the home top to bottom, to hand-crafting exhaust vents in color-matched aluminum…Sunshine exceeded every aspect and expectation we had for this project. No detail or ask went uncovered with their team, and we are so excited to have used them for our project! Quality workmanship was equally matched with a highly professional, responsive and friendly crew. This is the type of company you dream about when you look at a massive siding project that uses James Hardie, truly worth every penny spent! "Excellent experience.  The estimate was very detailed, and more than competitive.  I had time constraints, that Mr Coulter and crew accommodated at no additional cost.  Since they painted the interior of the entire house, there was extensive wall preparation needed in several rooms (due to some very old wall paper removal), and their attention to detail ensured a consistent quality throughout the house.
I wanted the job done correctly--this was the right contractor. 
The crew was professional, clean, and very pleasant individuals to have in my home for a week.  They were extremely detailed -- the quality of work showed an impressive sense of pride.  They went through at the end of each day carefully looking for any flaws, drips, etc., immediately  correcting any issues (there might have been a drop or two -- they work meticulously to avoid mistakes).
Essentially, when they were done, my house looked amazing--better than expected.

"The movers were great. Very prompt, courteous, and really did a great job. They weren't frustrated at all that the exit door was all the way around the other side of our building. We've used them in the past, and are about to hire them again for another move. They were a little behind from a previous move, but it wasn't a problem for us at all because they were so professional and kept us updated the entire time. We didn't just have to wonder if/when they would show up. I wouldn't think of considering different movers.
