"I really don’t leave much in line of reviews but felt this warranted one. We contacted Tim of 3 Nails Grace and he came out promptly and took necessary time to listen to needs and wants. He gave good advice along with suggestions for us to think about. He then worked out a cost estimate and received it quickly. We had a budget we needed or wanted to stay in as put out a lot of money prior. We accepted the quote and the crew showed up about a week ahead of schedule which was fantastic. Once they began their no. It went quickly and the crew did a wonderful job. They came out a couple times as needed to recheck where some bugs were coming in without any issues and recheck a couple things. We ca. it say enough about Tim and his crew just a great bunch of men doing a great job and staying in budget. We will use them again and Highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done. "Luis was professional, prompt, and constantly kept me in the loop about the status of the project, timelines etc. His crew was also professional and did a great job. I hired LM Coatings to paint the doors and trim in my house and to build walls/ceiling and hang drywall in my basement (along with lighting and electrical work). The paint looks beautiful, no drips or runs, and they even tackled difficult areas like around the stairs. The basement looks great and they really did a nice job with finishing the drywall because the walls primed and painted perfectly. I will definitely hire again."

"They did a Complete Home Flip!! Starting outside wood repair and replace. To Prime and paint To update kitchen cabinets to new. New Pergo flooring in kitchen and both bathrooms. All priming and painting of ceilings walls, and installed new baseboard and quarter round in all rooms. Installed new six panel doors in place of the old doors throughout the house, new metal front door and new metal back door installed. Also installed all new light fixtures in kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. Tom and his helper Mike are outstanding individuals very professional to the point and take notes very well with what you would like done. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of home-improvement needs handyman services."
