"I have a older home, 40s, that had the original windows in it. As with all things, with age comes deterioration. I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. I am extremely pleased with the final results and his professionalism. I would recommend Stefaniak Construction 10/10."

"His bid was under, but then we did a little extra stuff. We went with his bid. My husband seemed to get a warm fuzzy from him. He just sounded like he knew what the heck he was going to do. He is going to come back and fix some door jams for us. One thing I found a little funny was that why should he have to forward it; I had to get the dumpster. I learned a lesson you don't call on a Friday and want it on a Monday because that's just not kosher with them. That was kind of a hassle, but now I know that so it's no big deal. He's just a good ol' boy from Tennessee; I guess there's a lot of them around here that is just a good soul to the earth person. Just a good person. Easy to talk to and comfortable with him. He came up with extra ideas for a pergola thing at the corner. He built that up with no plans and it turned out great. And we had one little thing; can we put a wider board across here and no problem, he got that right up. It turned out well. The only thing that was weird using him was that I had to get the dumpster; he could have gotten the dumpster. That's the only thing."

"Excellent. Anthony and his team showed up and worked through each of the issues until the problem or enhancement was completed. They even had time to replace a circuit breaker that had frozen causing my pool pump to stop working even though it wasn't part of the original list to complete. They made time to review the issue, switch out the bad breaker and get it running for me again. Anthony's team is courteous and respectful of the house and do really good work. I would and will hire AD Maintenance and Electrical again."
