"We approached M-3 following a recommendation from a friend who had use them as their contractor for building a custom home. After reviewing the custom house plans we provided, and carefully evaluating the property upon which we planned to build, they quickly provided a detailed estimate of the total work. From the onset, Rob and his father constantly stayed in communication. They would frequently ask questions about various aspects of the job and would also provide suggestions if they thought something would not work out well or as we expected. They kept us on our toes rather than vice versa. There was no and quot;disappearingand quot; for weeks or months because their subcontractors did not show or because they had a higher priority job. There were no unexpected delays. From start of grounds preparation to occupancy was about 6 months. The house was built on budget and requests for payment during various stages of construction were appropriate and fully documented for rapid acceptance by or lending institution. After hearing horror stories about building a house, and how it would be one of the most stressful experiences in our lives, this was a cake-walk. Everything went smoothly and professionally.
