Team arrived on time, looked at the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done to repair, set time for next day to have another team to arrive to complete the job. Team arrived on time and completed the job as quoted in the time frame quoted. No money needed for down payment and provided a 5 year warranty on workmanship & material. "They were a little disorganized and the fellow, that came out and appraised the amount that they were going to charge, didn’t come back with them when they did the work. They charged me for some things that they didn’t do, that I was not crazy about. They said that when they make up a contract, they charge you for two sheets of plywood, whether you use it or don’t. Since it was included in the contract, I said I wanted it but they told me that they would use it if it was needed; so I was upset about. I think most of the roofing companies do that, but before, they’ve told me that if it is not being used, they will get it for me and leave it at my place. That’s what I asked All Dry Roofing to do but they did not. They did a good job on the roof and it is beautiful. They were a little pricey.  The quality was good but they said that they were going to be here at a certain time and they didn’t show up. I ended up calling them and they said it was because they had to have all the metals custom done; so it took them longer. They said that they’d be here the day that the metal got here and if not that day, then the next morning, but they came the day after. They weren’t real good with the responsiveness. When they did get here, they got here early and they did work."
