I am so impressed by him and his crew I will never hire another contractor again if I have any work in the scope that his team can accomplish. After I posted my job description on Thumbtack looking for a contractor to renovate my rental property, he contacted me within an hour and came to meet me on the job site that very night. He wrote up an informal estimate on the spot and provided me a professional, formal, written estimate with timeframe and contract the next morning. He is honest and very competitively priced.
