"We haven't had the roof done yet but felt they check all the boxes we were looking for. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. Answered our questions. Explained our options we'll. We signed the contract based on their professional behavior. No sales pressure. We should have the new asphalt shingle roof installed in the next 2 to 3 weeks. We expected 2 to 4 months."

"Won?t let me add pictures. Saying even one photo is too large? initially the work looked good. The team seemed nice and they worked really fast. Got the whole thing done in a day. But then, when framing the upstairs a few months later, we noticed huge gaps in the decking that they just put underlayment over and nailed shingles on. There are dozens of these huge gaps that I would have had fixed had I known about them. In some spots you can see outside. Obviously shingles are not nailed on securely. Several have fallen off already. They also shingled two sections of the roof they were not supposed to and charged me for some additional materials needed. We ended up tearing the whole section off so that was a tremendous waste. When they left they took 2 of my tools. I am clearly going to have to fix the roof. I am glad others had a good experience but mine with this company has been absolutely terrible. "
