"The job was so-so. They were very polite but I do feel the language barrier didn’t help. The flooring was not installed correctly. The tiles should have been staggered but they were laid side by side. The repair in the bathroom wall was horrible. I had a recessed paper holder and wanted it removed and the wall patched. At first the patch of wood (the wall is old time paneling that I like the look of) was put in against the grain… really?? I asked them to change it and the results were worse. I have since found a paper holder that covers the botched up mess. I can’t honestly recommend them for jobs on older homes."

I have longer experience on different types of flooring and maintenance

"I needed a partial repair from my tenant's veal tiles including a subfloor prior to inspection for sale. Rob was responsive and eager to come out to look at the job. He brought his wife/partner Nora who took notes. They were professional and personable. They decided that an hourly rate would be best due to the unknowns. They were out within 24 hours prepared. They were very eager to help me out. At the jobs end the tile did not match the height at the edges and extra glue was built up with in order to meet the old tiles squarely. It did not dry and hold up and glue was seeping out within the drying time. therefore I wrote of the problem in an email. The next day, I received a detailed answer to my concerns point by point which explained the job complexity and expressed an apology that I was not pleased. They came out to look at the job and we came up with another way to tackle the problem areas. They agreed to fix it .for a very small fee for the additional hours. I am happy with the job and the way that they professionally addressed my concerns and willingness to make it right. They wanted to make sure that I was pleased. For that and the fair pricing, I am recommending them. Thank you both!"
