"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. If I could give them 10 stars I would. GREAT JOB!!"

"From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. To sum up, they made my house happy again and me as well! Certainly added to my appraisal value! Love the professional and pride in end work product. Support veteran business! "Living in a townhome, we had a specific type of roof that was needed. They were able to provide that specific shingle. We understood what was needed to be done. There was a lack of communication between the supervisor of the job site and us. Weather delayed them arriving, but there was no phone call to tell us that. We needed to call to find out when they were going to come out and replace our roof. We understood but would have liked them to reach out to us instead of us calling after them. The first part of the crew arrived around 7 am, but they had to wait for the rest of the crew, which did not arrive until around 9 am. They backed up to the front door that we were not able to open our door. The crew put tarps down in the front and the back of the house to catch the old roof. The crew was not as cautious with how they threw down materials. Some landed on our neighbors decks. Our one neighbor told us that they had to move it because it almost hit her screen in her sliding glass door and tore the screen. They did have the roof replaced in one day and picked up after themselves. They did go to both our neighbors and picked up the materials they threw down. Overall they are a good company, and I would recommend them."
