"This is the largest remodeling project we've ever done, so we didn't know what to expect. From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. He handled the full demo and rebuild, including tiling the shower with a matching pattern, installing a new jetted tub and vanity, and building a half wall to create more space. He also painted and put in a new tile floor. The work was solid, and the finished bathroom looks clean and well put together. Everything was done professionally and within a reasonable timeframe."
