"They provided a helpful service for a few years, $125 per visit (plus add-ons if applicable), then after I accommodated them rescheduling their visit for this year multiple times, they suddenly informed me the price was now $320, take it or leave it. The explanation was: Gas and supplies have gone up and cost me more ... As much as we all love inflation, prices have not increased 250% year-over-year. I would just say no to the price and would not care except they really left me hanging after rescheduling for a few weeks and were not respectful to an existing customer because it was not a big enough job for them all of a sudden. The only reason I gave them any stars at all is they did good work previously and were more considerate before."

They came same-day to assess the job and prepare an estimate, gave me their best price, then 3 days later on the day before Thanksgiving, they reduced it by another $1,000 ("Black Friday Special"!). Then a truck with four professional installers and all necessary supplies came at 8:45AM the next day on Thanksgiving and by 2:00PM my entire attic was completely and perfectly insulated. Bonus: before they started, the installers did an impeccable job covering the necessary areas of my home in plastic sheeting, and after they left everything was perfectly clean and there was no evidence that they had even been there. --- Benjamin, Ryan, Andres, and the entire team at Atticrawl were professional, efficient, quick, and just completely perfect - I could not be more satisfied. "Our inspector, Joe Donnelly, was recommended by our realtor. He was very nice and did catch a lot of smaller things on our home inspection. However, he majorly screwed up on the electrical part of the inspection: he noted that there were a few double tapped breakers that we should get fixed, but somehow did not notice that none of the breakers were GFCI or arc-fault protected. He also missed the lack of sticker on the box, which meant the electrical work in the house had never been inspected (or at least never passed). When we called an electrician in to fix the double tapped breaker issue, he immediately pointed out the non- arc fault, non-GFCI, no inspection situation and was shocked the home inspector didn't notice either issue. We now have gotten estimates of several thousand dollars to fix the electrical issues, expenses we were not planning on. If Joe had found these issues, we likely would not have gone through with buying this house."
