"We have an old 1930's house that needed a large chimney repointed and cap replaced. Rod at Layman Masonry and his team were referred to us by our roofer, Kelvin Howard, for doing good work. We contacted Rod for a quote, and he came out the very next day to quote a price that was good considering the amount of work to be done. Rob and his team are insured and were courteous and friendly throughout the project. They showed up on time and maintained a clean job site. The project consisted of grinding out and replacing the old mortar, a new chimney cap and to put two coats of paint back on the chimney. The project was completed in 4 days despite rain every other day. We were very happy with the work done and will use Rod again in the future."

"I have used Reliable 3 times in the last 7 or 8 years.  I did not use them to replace my roof about 10 years ago for which I have deep regrets and continue to suffer the consequences.  We had a new roof installed about 10 years ago by a company that is no longer in business, (and now I know why).  About a year or so after the install we began to get random leaks throughout the whole house.  I contacted Reliable and they found out that the contractor had cut the opening for the ridge vent way too wide and water was getting into the house and running down the rafters and dripping onto the ceiling in various spots.  They completely tore out the ridge vent, replaced the plywood, and redid it properly and we have had no problems with that issue since. <br> <br>A few years later I used them to repair a hole in our roof and gutter damage caused by one of our ice storms and they did a fabulous job.  Most recently, we had leaks isolated to one room in the house.  They found that the contractor had nailed the shingles too high in that area so they tore the shingles off in that region and replaced them.  We have had no issues with leaks since. <br> <br>I have been extremely pleased with every interaction that I have had with Reliable Residential Roofing.  Everyone is professional and knowledgeable and most of all the work is done well and correctly the first time.  Whenever it comes time to replace our poorly done roof from the previous contractor I won't look anywhere else than Reliable."

"We were looking for a carpenter to add crown molding, base molding and moldings around doors and windows in our house as we are remodeling. We saw other good reviews for ACA Handyman on Angie's List and gave them a call. They answered our call, made an appointment and came early to the appointment! All things I have not had other do in the past. They were able to get measurements and a quote during the initial  appointment and we decided to move forward. <br /> <br />We had existing crown molding we were tying into in our hallway and dining room and the ACA Handymen were able to do so without being able to tell! They were on time each day, and although it took an extra day to complete, it worked out fine. We also had them hang a new door to an existing door frame and it looks wonderful. They had to widen the door hinges and added a door handle. There was one split in the molding on the window, but our painter was able to patch it with no problems and you can't tell it was <br /> <br />even there. <br /> <br />We are extremely happy with the outcome of moldings. We wish we would have known about them sooner to do other work in the <br /> <br />house! We will continue to use them on other projects and strongly recommend ACA Handyman to others! <br /> <br />"

"Crew arrived few minutes after 8am, removed all the shingles, checked decking, then replaced with metal roofing. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up the job site when they were finished. We were given the estimate of the job taking 2 days to complete, they were finished the same day they started by 4:15 pm.  I received 2 separate phone calls over the following weeks by the owner and then again the crew foreman, checking to see if we were satisfied with the work and if we had any problems after a very heavy rainfall.  (Our roof had leaks prior to replacing the roofing) Great job, no leaks and we would highly recommend them. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
