The service tech (Gilbert) arrived earlier than the schedule appointment, but he called in advance to let us know that he could come approximately 45 minutes early. Gilbert also gave some great tips for watering and recommendation for how to best service our sprinklers in the future. I trust and believe in AustexSprinklers and will not use any other company as long as they are in business. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of work we received and will continue to use AustexSprinklers. "George was great. He responded to my Angie request the same day. He came by my house to look at the yard the next day to talk to me about what I wanted and made suggestions. He was prompt with the estimate and we thought it was resonable. We had a delay due to the weather, it rained. But he rescheduled for the next week . The crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day. At the end of the job we asked George if they could move one sprinkler head and they did it super fast. Then George went over the whole system with us and said to call if we have questions. We are very happy with the job and would definitely recommend George and Diamond Irrigation."
