He was prompt with the estimate and we thought it was resonable. We had a delay due to the weather, it rained. But he rescheduled for the next week . The crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day. At the end of the job we asked George if they could move one sprinkler head and they did it super fast. "We used AustexSprinklers in 2016 and was satisfied every time they came to our home. Today we requested service for our irrigation sprinkler system which one of the sprinkler head had busted off. I must say that the response from the time that I requested service to the time of the service tech arrival was excellent. Anna the administrator/ scheduler was professional and courteous s she tried to accommodate our request. The service tech (Gilbert) arrived earlier than the schedule appointment, but he called in advance to let us know that he could come approximately 45 minutes early. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered any questions or concerns that we had. Gilbert also gave some great tips for watering and recommendation for how to best service our sprinklers in the future. I trust and believe in AustexSprinklers and will not use any other company as long as they are in business. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of work we received and will continue to use AustexSprinklers. I strongly recommend to other homeowners in the servicing area of this company to contact them if your sprinkler system needs service.
