"Luis helped me install a new back door on my house. My main requirement was that the security sensor on the door be preserved so that they work after the door replacement. I talked to other installers but they were not willing to commit to doing that. Luis was able to fulfill this requirement. He and his crew showed up on time, finished the work quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. He also picked up the door from Lowes for me which saved me some time. I was overall happy with the quality of the work. I was able to get an estimate for the work just by talking to him on the phone and texting him pictures. Luis responded promptly and was courteous. I had a good experience on this interaction and would consider using LD Remodeling again for other projects in the future."

"I have two garage doors and one had broken the torsion spring a while back. I called Rafael after reading his reviews on Angie's list. He answered the phone immediately and told me he was available to come over the next day. I couldn't do the next day so we scheduled a visit for that Saturday instead. He showed up, and quickly replaced the spring and serviced/lubricated both doors . He also checked a couple of other things I was having issues with on the other door. Instead of up-charging me for fixing a simple issue, he explained what I would need to do to fix the issues myself and it worked like a charm.
